This Ranch Box contains 10 - 11 pounds of our Dry Aged premium beef. The beef is dry-aged a minimum of 14 days and then individually vacuum sealed.
You will receive the following:
- 4 one-pound packages of Ground Beef
- 5 pounds of Short Ribs
- 5-6 pounds of Brisket
Over 14 lbs of premium dry-aged beef from our Ranch to your table.
