Thousand Hills Cattle Ranch is a Georgia Beef Cattle Ranch that provides local beef to consumers. Our cattle are custom raised and rotated through healthy pastures. The finished cattle are processed and dry-aged producing a true craft product.
Thousand Hills Cattle Ranch produces beef cattle honoring the legacy of cattle ranching. Our cattle are grown naturally as they were in the early years of cattle ranching in America before commercialization / industrialization. Our cattle are pasture-raised and pasture-finished on natural forages that include native grasses and legumes. We also supply a free choice supplement which is a balanced mix of grains, vitamins, and minerals that compliments our natural forages that is developed specifically for our cattle by a bovine nutrition specialist. Our cattle choose what they want to eat – just like we do!
Grown locally, we combine today’s knowledge of genetics, nutrition, and health management with regenerative agriculture practices, animal husbandry, and welfare. Thousand Hills cattle are personally cared for. I know each one of them, manage each one of them, and will inspect each one of them before processing. This is my Promise to you.
Being believers in God, Ivan and I want always to honor our Lord in all that we do. We know that our God owns the cattle on a thousand hills and that all He wants from us is to honor Him, thank Him, and call upon Him. We named our Ranch Thousand Hills Cattle Ranch in honor of our Lord and giving our hearts to Him.
