How our ground beef is different (and we think better):
- Our ground beef is a blend of cuts from the same cow. We do not mix our ground beef between animals at processing.
- Our beef is dry aged a minimum of 14 days and individually vacuum sealed to preserve freshness, including the ground beef. This provides for less shrinkage when cooking.
- Our ground beef is packaged in 1 pound packs that are always over 1 pound
