This Ranch Box contains over 10 pounds of Dry Aged premium steaks. All steaks are cut thick, 1 to 1 1/4 inch thick. The steaks are dry-aged a minimum of 14 days and then individually vacuum sealed.
You will receive the following:
- (2) T-Bone Steaks, average weight is 16 oz. each steak
(4) New York Strips, average weight is 8 oz. each steak
- (4) Top Sirloins, average weight is 9 oz. each steak
- (2) Bone-In Ribeye Steaks, average weight is 16 oz. each steak
