A delicious grilling steak, our T-Bone is a great selection. They are cut 1 ¼" to 1 1/2" thick then individually vacuum sealed to preserve freshness. Our T-Bone is wonderful, smaller by weight than our Porterhouse, however still a leading premium steak. The individual unit weights of the cuts vary and you have the option to choose a larger or smaller steak.
